3. Process for Refund or Exchange

  2. Provide order details and photos of the product (if damaged or incorrect).
     
  3. Our team will confirm whether your return/exchange is approved.
     
  4. Ship the product back to our address.
     
  5. Once received and inspected, we will process your refund or send the replacement.
